Suiza Sin Rodeos is a brand of PIU Consulting, providing personal, independent advice on insurance, retirement planning and settling-in paperwork in Switzerland for private individuals.

PIU Consulting is not a registered insurance broker or agency. It provides a consulting service paid directly by the client, with no commission or affiliation with any insurer, bank or financial institution.

Terms and conditions

What we offer

The service consists of personalized advisory calls on health insurance, pillar 3a/3b, settling-in paperwork in Switzerland, and other insurance (liability, home, car), under the conditions and prices published on this site.

Nature of the service

The information given during the call is personal and for guidance only, based on the advisor's own experience as a resident of Switzerland. It does not constitute regulated financial, tax or insurance advice. The client is always responsible for their own decisions and for verifying the information with the relevant provider before contracting any product.

Booking and payment

Payment is made at the time of booking, by Twint, card or bank transfer, and is what confirms the reserved slot.

Cancellations

You can cancel or reschedule at no cost if you give at least 24 hours' notice. With less notice, the session is considered used and is not refunded.

Language

Calls are held in Spanish or English, whichever the client prefers.

Changes to these terms

PIU Consulting may update these terms and its prices at any time. Changes do not affect bookings already confirmed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute is subject to the courts of [canton or city].

What data is collected

Your name, email address and any information you share when writing in or booking a call, including data handled by the tools used for bookings (for example, Calendly or similar) and for payments (the payment gateway chosen at booking).

• Responding to your enquiry.
• Managing the booking and payment for the call.
• Delivering the advisory service you booked.

Who it's shared with

Only with the providers used to manage bookings and payments, solely for that purpose. Data is never sold or passed on to third parties for marketing.

How long it's kept

For as long as the client relationship lasts, and afterwards for the period required by Swiss accounting rules.

This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect it.
